I’m excited to let you know that I will be hosting a weekly radio show. It’s based on the premise that for the last 25 years, Americans have been sold a destructive system of personal money management—a system that never worked and never will. It’s time for an approach that works. It’s time to spend smart, invest successfully and live the life you want. That’s Money Smart Radio. I also emphasize that I have no vested interest in YOUR financial decisions and that I’m just here to help people get money smart.
It’s every Saturday morning 11 AM to Noon PST on KHTK Sports-Talk Radio 1140, a popular Sacramento based CBS affiliate station reaching most of Northern California including the San Francisco Bay Area. The show will also stream live over the internet for listening anywhere in the country. Soon I’ll offer a link to the live stream from my homepage as well as links to podcasts of all past shows.

Story of the Week The week’s hottest money related stories will be analyzed. I’ll give advice on what it means to the average person and what to do about it, if anything.
Subject of the Week Educational segments to empower listeners to manage their own finances and create financial freedom. They sometimes will include guest experts and usually audience call-in sharing on the subject. Guest experts will be real world experts who are either industry insiders spilling the beans and/or providing useful real world information about their industry such as the insurance industry, Wall Street, banking, education, real estate, travel, department stores, clothing stores, mobile phones, appliances, and services such as auto repair, etc. Or, experts will be people who have succeeded in the real world with financial freedom, money and happiness and can talk about their success with getting out of debt, starting a business, etc.
Audience information sharing Listeners will call with questions and are especially encourage sharing their solutions, including for segments on “All you gotta do is ask, then shut up” and “I won’t do THAT again!” sharing lessons learned the hard way and how they’re reaping the benefits as result.
I’m very excited to provide people with the information they need (especially these days) to see to it that money adds to their happiness rather than taking away from it, and to achieve the life they wish.
